Sports writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) Akwa Ibom state has congratulated Sir Monday Ebong Uko on his reappointment as the commissioner of youth development and sports by the Akwa Ibom state governor pastor Umo Eno.
UKO, was sworn in yesterday alongside 23 other commissioners at the government house, Uyo and was RE- assign to the ministry he served in the last administrations.
